POLYPROPYLENE BAGS

Polypropylene bags are the most flexible and convenient solution for packaging many products: farming, food, chemical or others. Thanks to our customised offers, we can also realize products for the end consumer.

In addition to the standard bag, we can also offer:

- - Bags with side gussets: once filled, the shape of bags with gussets ensures improved stability and makes it easier to stack them onto pallet. In addition, if fitted with transparent gussets, you can see the product through the side of the filled bag.
  - Bags with block bottom: bags with block bottom are seamless. The optimal choice for automatic bagging lines.

Technical features

Capacity: 5kg to 50kg

Our bags are available with uncoated, coated polypropylene (PP) fabric, with or without micro-perforation

- White is our standard colour, but we can realise any colour upon request, even transparent
- Anti-UV-treated fabrics is also available
- Anti-slip treated fabrics is also available
- Anti-static fabric or with Corona-treatment is also available

The upper part (mouth) is available in the following options:

- With standard or ultrasonic hem
- With cold or heat cut
- With spout

The lower part (bottom) is available with single or double stitching; with or without dustproof

- Printing options: up to 2 sides with up to 6 colours
- Option to apply BoPP printing

Inliner options (if any):

- Material: LDPE, HDPE or PP
- Single-layer or multi-layer film
- The inliner can be free inserted, stitched or glued to the outer body
- Transparent is our standard colour, but we can realise any colour upon request

All our bags are food-contact certified according to the European Laws and can be produced, upon Customer’s request, in accordance with HACCP contamination risk reduction protocols (ISO 22000 or BRC).

All our bags are 100% recyclable.
